Terms of Service

1. Purpose and access

The Studio Gounami Mod Dashboard is a private moderation and stream-production application. Access is limited to people authorized by Studio Gounami. Authorization to access the Dashboard does not grant ownership of, or unrestricted access to, Studio Gounami accounts, channels, systems, or content.

2. Acceptable use

Authorized users agree to use the Dashboard only for legitimate Studio Gounami moderation and production work.

• Do not use the Dashboard to harass, deceive, impersonate, or unlawfully target another person.
• Do not attempt to bypass role permissions, access controls, or account restrictions.
• Do not share private Dashboard access, credentials, tokens, or confidential information with unauthorized people.
• Use moderation and stream-control actions only when authorized to do so.

3. Connected Google and YouTube accounts

Connecting a Google/YouTube account is voluntary. When a user authorizes YouTube access, the Dashboard may perform YouTube API actions within the permissions granted to that account and only for the Dashboard functions described on our public app page and in our Privacy Policy.

Users remain responsible for the actions they intentionally perform through their connected account. Users may revoke Google authorization through their Google Account permissions at any time.

4. Stream and moderation actions

Some Dashboard controls can take real actions on live services, including sending chat messages, moderating users, changing supported stream metadata, or controlling Studio Gounami production systems. Users should review the relevant control before triggering an action and should not use production controls outside the authority granted to them.

5. Third-party services

The Dashboard integrates with third-party services such as Google/YouTube, Twitch, Tailscale, Streamer.bot, Discord, and other stream-production services. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. Availability of a Dashboard feature may depend on those third-party services.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information and Google/YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy. Requests to remove locally stored account-related data can be made through our Data Deletion & Revocation process.

7. Security

Users must take reasonable steps to keep their own accounts and devices secure. Report suspected unauthorized access, leaked credentials, or compromised Dashboard access promptly.

8. Suspension or removal of access

Studio Gounami may suspend or remove Dashboard access when a user no longer requires access, leaves the team, misuses the Dashboard, presents a security risk, or violates these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

The Dashboard is an internal production tool and may be changed, updated, interrupted, or discontinued as Studio Gounami's production needs evolve. Features may also change because of third-party API or platform changes.
